Common questions
How do I get paid through Sparkbill?
You connect your own Stripe account (about two minutes). Your clients pay by card or bank transfer (ACH) straight from the invoice, and the money goes from your client to your bank. Sparkbill never holds your funds and never takes a cut.
How do the automatic reminders work?
After you send an invoice, Sparkbill sends polite SMS and email reminders on a schedule. Reminders stop automatically the moment an invoice is paid. Your clients can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or by any other reasonable means, and we honor it across channels.
What does it cost?
Start with 5 free invoices, no credit card. After that, Sparkbill Pro is a flat $49/month or $399/year. Payment processing is billed at your own Stripe rate — we add no markup.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open your device's subscription settings to change or cancel; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email us at hello@youssef.contact from your account address and we'll delete your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and how long.
